SUMMARY : This position is responsible for assisting managers with their recruiting needs .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage and maintain and update Recruiter CRM candidate system.
• Post open-to-fill positions in CRM system
• Write job descriptions for various positions not in data base
• Source and Interview candidate for organization open positions
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
• Increase knowledge base of mortgage industry policy and positions
• Create and present to Head of Sales, metrics of bi-monthly recruiting activities (source of hire, time to hire)
• Communicate on daily basis with agency recruiters and align organizational recruiting strategy with agency candidates.
• Develop special talent acquisition projects and execute to drive organizational hiring goals
• Communicate / partner with hiring managers on daily basis and share acceptable candidates for open positions
• Assist with new hire onboarding
• Lead employer branding activities
• Organize and attend job fairs (virtual) if necessary
• Ability to travel to meetings

QUALIFICATIONS :

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required.

• Work experience as talent acquisition coordinator or recruiter within a mortgage organization
• Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting and understanding related mortgage positions
• Familiarity with Candidate management system or Applicant Tracking System
• Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation
• Experience using professional social media networks (LinkedIn and Facebook etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen understanding of various roles within organization
