Job Description

About the role:
The HR Manager provides full lifecycle of HR support towards our teams based across Hungary and the UK. This role is critical in developing and executing initiatives for our people, providing great internal customer and business support, establishing solid partnerships and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Given that UNLEASH is a media and marketing services company which serves the HR sector, we want to ensure that internally we provide modern and innovative HR solutions and continuously improve our working environment.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Provide input on HR strategic initiatives related to onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, diversity, equality and inclusion, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, leave management, employer branding, policy interpretation and HRIS system management.

Design and lead employee engagement initiatives, including engagement survey analysis and implementation of action plans; and deliver HR services to improve employee experience.

Set direction, prioritise the performance metrics and KPI’s to ensure that an effective, result-oriented HR function is in place.

Be the first point of contact for managers concerning all local strategic and operational HR topics.

Design and implement effective performance management tools, including continuous feedback and annual performance evaluation process.

Identify the learning and development needs of the organisation and deploy effective training plans and drive strong retention and succession for a fast-growing international media and events company.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

7+ years of HR experience and a successful track record in a similar HR generalist role (with people management responsibility)

Performance driven, results-oriented; proven ability to achieve personal and team goals.

Capacity to be proactive, by anticipating needs and looking ahead at all times; a self-starter.

Superb judgment, impeccable integrity and the maturity to handle sensitive in Superior organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Superior communication skills, organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, knowing how to prioritize and adjust timelines based on demand and other circumstances.

Highly proficient in HRIS and ATS systems. (UNLEASH currently uses HiBob and SmartRecruiters)

Collegial, team-oriented, willing to pitch in as needed and support challenges at all times with a high level of flexibility.

Success in creating and driving effective development, retention and reward programmes at fast growing SME’s.

Experience working with virtual and remote teams a must.

Industry experience (international media and events) an advantage.
