Accounts Payable Officer

• 2 x Permanent/Ongoing, Full-time appointments
• Level: 3/4 $56,700 – $72,279 + 17% superannuation

The Financial Services Division ensures the integrity of the University’s financial information and processes, and provides a high quality, professional accounting service to the University as a whole.

As the Accounts Payable Officer you will be responsible for coding and entering a large number of invoices, processing expense claims, payment processing, online banking and reconciling creditor statements.

The incumbent will be required to assist with University tax compliance and identifying improvement opportunities and training needs to increase tax compliance across the University and other ad hoc account duties as they arise.
