Job Summary
ing to the Assistant to the Chair, this position is the first point of contact for the Department of Psychology and provides front line reception duties and administrative support in the General Office.
This role acts as a resource person to answers inquiries from students, faculty, and general public by applying established procedures, and when necessary, re-directing as appropriate.
Job Requirements
This position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to 1 year of experience working within a comparable environment.

Experience with University systems: BANNER, FMIS, Chrome River, Cascade, and FAST considered an asset.
Understanding of basic web editing/updating to existing websites would be an asset.
Specialized Knowledge/Education:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
