Full Job Description
Supports the development and implementation of strategic planning and marketing programs by conducting market research, analyses, and assisting in the design and implementation of marketing strategies and materials using a variety of advertising media.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Develops s, presentations, and dashboards that meet departmental research information and statistical needs.
- Acts as digital media consultant to cross-organizational stakeholders using statistical methodologies and data visualization.
- Informs and develops content that support digital advertising campaigns and mediums, including video, photo, and written content that support strategic growth objectives of the department. This may include (but is not limited to) conducting video/audio interviews with staff, collecting HIPAA-compliant patient stories, collecting onsite or event-based content that support sponsorships, and other related promotional brand/service/product based content.
- Places and manages paid digital campaigns in search, display, pre-roll/OTT, social, website for various clinical marketing goals, including increasing qualified leads and conversions
- Researches market conditions in local, regional or national areas to determine potential service strategies and to identify and assess important trends.
- Coordinates special projects and issues with requesting departments by identifying potential data sources, gathering needed data and providing situational analyses.
- Assists in the conceptualization and delivers promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, billboards, buses, direct mail, radio and television commercials, public service announcements, etc.
- Communicates with media groups regarding current and future advertising campaigns.
- Coordinates the design and production of marketing materials using outside vendors.
- Develops and maintains the Office of Planning and Marketing website.
- Assists the Digital Marketing Manager with strategic objectives and supporting tactics as needed to meet departmental goals.
- Other duties as assigned by Digital Marketing Manager and Clinical Marketing Director.
Problem Solving
Representative challenges of this position include collaborating with management staff, assessing the needs of the
department to create and deploy representative and effective advertising materials; understanding individual department
requests to develop appropriate database s and queries; exploring innovative and novel approaches to marketing
strategies/tactics/platforms, and prioritizing and organizing staff and vendor requests to meet established deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related area of assignment or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); two years of related experience. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.
In the case of hospital positions, previous health care experience is preferred.
This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
Preferences
A successful candidate will have;
- Proven experience in placing, managing, and ing on digital media campaigns in search, display, pre-roll/OTT, social, and other campaign platforms as part of a holistic marketing plan.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying video, photo, audio, and written content as part of digital media campaigns in search, display, pre-roll/OTT, social, and other campaign platforms as part of a holistic marketing plan.
- previous health care experience is preferred.
