University of Utah Health’s Human Resources Team is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter (2+ years of professional recruitment experience) to join our robust HR Talent Acquisition team.
This position is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates from multiple sources, including events, ATS, job boards, social media, and recruitment databases.
Our ideal candidate is outgoing, service-minded, detail oriented, and professional in written and verbal communication.
Core training and orientation is conducted onsite in downtown Salt Lake City for the first 1-3 weeks. Following training, our Talent Acquisition Recruiters are based at home, with reservable office/collaboration space at the downtown HR tower.
