THE POST – Lecturer in Education (Early Years) – Maternity Cover

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the School of Education and Social Sciences for an enthusiastic lecturer.

Self-motivated and able to work as part of the education team, you will teach on our Early Years programmes with a particular focus on childhood studies and practice. You will be involved in developing the curriculum within the School. Eligibility for registration with SSSC as Practitioner or Lead Practitioner in Day Care of Children Service and experience of practice in the Early Years sector are requirements of this post.

The post is full-time fixed term for one year and is a Maternity Cover post. The post is based at the Ayr campus. You will need to travel to other campuses where required. You will also be required to support evening delivery of some modules.
