Due to an exciting period of increased recruitment, you will provide additional support to the University and be supported by a team of experienced HR Assistants.
The position provides first line support, guidance on general employment matters and administrative support throughout the employment lifecycle. Reporting to an HR Business Partner, you will help in the provision of a proactive and effective HR service.
You should have proven experience in an administrative role and be able to evidence success in:
undertaking complex administrative work
using systems and providing data effectively
managing conflicting priorities
providing an excellent customer service.
You must be a team player with excellent communication skills and have the ability to prioritise and manage a busy work load. With drive, enthusiasm and tenacity, you will be accustomed to operating within a busy environment.
