We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our collaborative and high performing team. This role will be a key SME for our recruitment platform and provide exceptional administrative support to a team of dedicated Recruiters.

As Recruitment Coordinator, what will your key responsibilities include?

• Manage the administration and coordination of our Oracle based HR Recruitment platform
• Supporting our team of Recruiters on day-to-day administration needs
• Be the first point of contact for enquiries from external applicants
• Assisting UTS Hiring Managers and internal applicants with self-service tools,answering queries, guiding and coaching staff
• Manage, maintain and update key recruitment data and produce reports as required
• Assist in the production and editing of letters of offers and employment contracts
• Working in close partnership with colleagues across our HR Client Services and HR Partnership teams to ensure the effective coordination of recruitment administration

In order to achieve success in this role, you will have:

• Exceptional attention to detail, advanced administration and organisation skills
• Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
• Technology-savvy (intermediate-level or above Excel skills will be highly regarded, any experience with Power BI and/or Qualtrics would be highly regarded but are not essential)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
• Proven ability to work with agility and flexibility and a commitment to working collaboratively

Where might your experience come from?

We are interested to hear from you if you are working as part of an internal recruitment function in a Coordinator or Administrator role, or have obtained high-quality administrative skills in a broader HR position (HR Assistant or Advisor for example) and have an interest in recruitment.

Remuneration

Base Salary Range: $72,492 to $82,931 pa (HEW 5)

This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

As part of our response to the COVID-19 pandemic, HR at UTS are currently working in a hybrid model with to opportunity to work both on site at our Ultimo campus and from home.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a permanent basis.
