The UTS HR Unit have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional to join our HR Client Services team and provide administrative support on a range of HR projects and “business as usual” activities.

We’re seeking an energetic and flexible individual to join us during busy periods and to assist with data entry, general HR Admin and helping out wherever required.

You will be surrounded by a team of dedicated HR professionals, be provided with training, and gain exposure to in a HR function within a University.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• 
  Flexible: You will be open to assisting across the team and be just as comfortable providing excellent customer service as you would be undertaking data entry
• 
  An administrative professional: You will be comfortable dealing with high levels of administration and data entry
• 
  Process driven: You will be comfortable picking up new processes and be able to identify any areas for improvement
• 
  An effective communicator: You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• 
  Organised with high attention to detail: You will be confident handling a high volume of tasks

Remuneration

Pay Rate: $45.65 per hour (HEW 4 Casual Pay Rate)

This rate of pay is inclusive of a 25% casual loading.

This role will be offered casual and hours of work will vary
