Your New Role

As an internal consultant and trusted advisor, you will promote and deliver impactful talent outcomes at both a strategic and operational level. Playing a critical role in ensuring initiates are inclusive and effective, this role offers the opportunity to deliver a talent management cycle encompassing effective talent identification, assessment, succession and development solutions.

Working in partnership with senior people leaders across the University, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns and coach people leaders on talent management and talent acquisition matters.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Your experience of talent acquisition, recruitment and selection processes will be supported by knowledge of current practices and trends in talent management. To deliver data informed insights and actions, your experience in managing, maintaining and analysing people data will be valued.

An ability to transverse between conceptual thinking and operational execution will be critical, in addition to demonstrated organisational and interpersonal skills. A preference for system thinking and agile ways of working will be well suited to this role, with a focus on continuous improvement, communication and operationalising strategy.

On offer is a full-time, ongoing opportunity available in Hobart. This role will be remunerated at HEO level 8, with a base salary in the range of $104,688 – $119,034 plus 17% superannuation.
