Talent Acquisition Partner
Your New Role
In this mission critical role, you’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns, focussed on attraction, assessment, and selection of the highest calibre candidates for senior appointments across both technical and non-technical disciplines across the University. Coaching, enabling, and supporting Hiring Managers on a range of operational and procedural talent acquisition matters will enable you to deliver best practice campaign strategies, talent pooling, search, selection and assessment outcomes. Working in partnership with People and Wellbeing Business Partners and the People Shared Services team, you will ensure alignment and consistency in the delivery of People and Wellbeing functions across the University and support the delivery of ongoing people plans. The Talent Acquisition Partner also plays a critical role in ensuring our diversity and inclusion sourcing efforts serve as a pipeline of high potential talent into the University.

What you’ll need to succeed
As an experienced and trusted Talent Acquisition Partner who is outcome driven, you will bring to the role demonstrated expertise working directly with hiring managers in large and/or complex organisations; ideally in both agency and internal recruitment teams. With capacity to utilise contemporary candidate search techniques, talent pooling and selection assessment methodologies, you will help us to drive strong focus on people, processes, and continuous improvement in recruitment and sourcing processes and systems. Proven negotiation, influencing and strong analytical skills, with creative problem-solving abilities including well developed judgment, initiative, and decision-making skills will deliver successful outcomes. Your excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with all levels including senior management will complement the team and enable us to focus on opportunity.
