People and Recruitment Administrator
The Opportunity
Join a high performing multi discipline team who are passionate about customer service. Our co-located team (Launceston and Hobart) provides first and second level support across three primary functions: Campus Services, People and Wellbeing (HR) and IT.
This role has a strong focus on providing administrative support for the University’s recruitment activity.
As a first point of contact, you will work within a centralised, customer service team to provide generalist HR advice, guidance, and support. Passionate about customer service and continual improvement you will provide proactive, accurate, and solution focussed advice on the interpretation and application of UTAS People and Wellbeing policies, procedures, agreements, employment conditions and entitlements.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 4 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $80,122 comprising base salary within the range of $64,643 to $68,480 plus 17% superannuation.
