University of Sussex Hiring for Library Assistant (Weekend & Evening) x3 Full Time

The University of Sussex seeks an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in the Library as a Library Assistant.

With the recent creation of a Student Experience team within the Library, we continue to focus on how we can improve services for all of our users. As part of this, we are seeking to expand our evening and weekend services to best support those using the Library at these times.

We are looking for three people with experience of working in customer service and knowledge of good customer service practices.

Working evening and weekend hours, you will engage with students and other users of the Library on our service points. You will also have the opportunity to work on wider library projects.
