An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated and highly organised professional to join the USQ International Portfolio as a Global Education Program Assistant.

Reporting to the Global Education Program Manager, you will provide excellent administrative and marketing support to the two main business streams of the Global Education Program (GEP) portfolio: Global Mobility and Inbound Study Tours.

Your initial key priorities will include:

• Recruiting, selecting, orientating and monitoring host families in the USQ campus communities for both the Inbound Study Abroad Semester and the Global Education Programs (Study Tours).
• The development of an online application form for homestay and inbound study tour applicants.
• The investigation of homestay or accommodation options for students studying at the Ipswich and/or Springfield campuses.
• Documenting procedures for the setup, delivery, and review of inbound study tour programs.
• Assisting with student enquiries about their mobility options, both outbound and inbound.

What will help you succeed?

• An appropriate Certificate level qualification in a relevant discipline with subsequent relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• An ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously and provide high-quality client service.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to adapt and work across both GEP programs and various technological platforms.

Salary: Total remuneration range $76,347 to $81,102 pa (includes salary range of $64,510 to $68,527 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
