UniSQ International provides the driving force for UniSQ’s International business activities and has the opportunity to generate significant revenue across diverse recruitment channels including on-campus, Higher Degrees by Research, Corporate, articulation pathways, Partners, Alumni, on-shore and through student mobility.

Reporting to the Director (International Relations and Business Development), the Associate Director (International Recruitment) will play a crucial, innovative, and entrepreneurial role which links the University’s aspirations and strategic goals with potential partners, projects and emerging or existing opportunities in target markets within East Asia and the Pacific.

The key to your success in this critical leadership position will include:

• Support the Director (International Relations and Business Development) in managing and coordinating the provision of strategies and initiatives associated with UniSQ International business aspirations;
• Provide strategic and informed guidance on key priorities to the broader UniSQ management team;
• Developing, analyse and implement shared metrics and measures to assess the efficacy of tactics and strategies in relation to annual recruitment targets, the UniSQ International business plan and budget targets;
• Develop an effective marketing strategy to raise the profile of UniSQ and to achieve student recruitment targets;
• Undertake relationship management activities on behalf of the Director and relevant senior managers, and keep key partners updated on these issues and aware of current trends when needed;
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Associate Director (International Recruitment) will be based at our Springfield campus.

Salary: Total remuneration range $148,986 to $165,145 pa (includes salary range of $125,886 to $139,540 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
