At this exciting time when we are investing in our International Office, we are seeking an experienced international recruitment and partnerships professional to lead the successful delivery of one of our regional teams.
As Regional Head of International Recruitment and Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for creating a holistic and integrated engagement strategy for a specified region, ensuring that we achieve the ambitious goals set out in our International Strategic Plan. The exact regional responsibility will be determined post-offer in line with the experience and knowledge of the successful candidate, but is likely to include the Americas and Europe.
About you:
You’ll be experienced in international higher education, understanding the value of international activities to a world-class university. Bringing significant experience of international recruitment and international partnerships, you will have excellent communication and marketing skills and will be able to liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders including those from other cultural settings to ensure success.
