• Commencement Salary: $65,766 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role

This position is responsible for undertaking administrative activities associated with the delivery of the Academic Unit’s programs and its research activities.

Core Responsibilities

• Undertake a broad range of administrative activities to support the delivery of programs and courses
• Timetabling function for assigned program/s within the Academic Unit
• Collate, audit and upload exam timetable information into relevant University systems
• Liaise with students to advise placement requirements and arrangements
• Provide information and support to key stakeholders

Essential Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative role in a team based service environment
• Written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials
• Experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation
• Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
• High level of organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
