Summary:

Are you interested in working for a world top 100 university? We have an exciting opportunity in the School of Law at the

University of Sheffield for a Senior Student Experience Officer. As Senior Student Experience Officer you will be responsible

for supporting student wellbeing across all programmes and cohorts of students within the School, including appropriate

signposting to welfare support outside the School. You will work in partnership with the Student Experience Manager and

academic colleagues, including the School’s Director of Student Wellbeing, to seek opportunities to improve the student

experience through ongoing review and improvement of the relevant processes and services, particularly those relating to

wellbeing support. You will provide and model excellent customer service to both students and staff, and will manage and

motivate staff to ensure a first class service is provided. You will take responsibility for the delivery of an excellent student

experience, including development of the teaching timetable and attendance monitoring for all cohorts in the School,

supervising the work of junior staff to support this.
