Founded in 1945, Henley is one of the oldest business schools in the UK and part of the University of Reading. We are also among an elite group of business schools to be triple accredited for the quality and capability of our faculty and output.
We aim to empower individuals to become great professionals and outstanding business leaders.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team based at our Greenlands campus, at the forefront of delivering high quality, student focused administrative support throughout the student lifecycle for a variety of Executive Education programmes. You will have the opportunity to support programmes across our portfolio, ranging from qualifications including apprenticeships, bespoke custom programmes for corporate clients, and short non qualification programmes.
Previous experience in Higher Education administration is preferable, however full training on systems and processes will be given with support from line managers and peers. You will provide comprehensive end to end administrative and teaching and learning support to your assigned programmes, ensuring a high-quality student and Henley experience. You will work with the Programme Area Manager to develop, implement, and maintain the consistent and integrated delivery of Executive Education programmes.
We are looking for a highly competent organised individual with outstanding customer service skills, with experience of high-level administration who can embrace and enable change.
You will have excellent IT, data management and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. If you are resilient, positive, and professional we would love to hear from you!
NB this post will initially be based at home, but will then become based at our Greenlands campus
NB this post is a one year fixed term contract.
