The role encompasses the recruitment process and activities around the employment life cycle and key duties in a busy and varied HR function, which is an essential part of the wider Institute administration team.
We are seeking someone who is confident to work independently but also as part of a team, effectively managing their own workload, when fully trained. You will be expected to solve ad hoc problems relating to recruitment and operational HR services, using own initiative.
You will have proven relevant recruitment experience, skills and knowledge, together with excellent communication (both verbally and in writing) and interpersonal skills. Previous generalist HR experience with an up-to-date knowledge of employment law and an awareness of data protection and information security guidelines are essential. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload and produce accurate, detailed work within deadlines.
