Education Course Administrator (Department of Oncology)
Medical Sciences Division
Grade 5: £26,341 – £31,406 p.a.
Location: Old Road Campus Research Building, Headington, Oxford, OX3 7DQ
Contract type: 3 year fixed term contract
Hours: 36.5 hours per week
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Education team in the Department of Oncology.
You will play an important role in supporting a range of administrative duties relating to successful delivery of our taught graduate degrees and will work primarily on the MSc Radiation Biology course.
You will work closely with the Teaching Fellow who will lead all aspects of the academic requirements for the course in collaboration with a team of Module Leads including the development the teaching materials and the design of assessments and examinations.
About you
You will have experience of co-ordinating teaching and learning, training courses, seminars or another similar event organisation. Well-developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop good working relationships with staff at all levels and to work as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail in recording and communicating information.
