The University has transformed the delivery of student administration and support with teams working from our Service Centres and dedicated spaces across our UK campuses. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in one of these Student Services teams.
Applications are invited for a Student Services Administrator role located within the Funding & Financial Support Team within the Reporting, Data and Service Support team in Registry & Academic Affairs (Student Services). This Student Services Administrator role will ensure the delivery of a number of services associated with the student journey. Working in a busy, dynamic environment the role holder will support the team to award financial aid to students and assist the team in providing funding and financial support advice to students. The successful candidate will be highly enthusiastic and self-motivated. They will have excellent IT skills across the range of Microsoft software, an eye for detail, and will be experienced in delivering a high-quality professional service. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage their own workload with minimum supervision, react appropriately to changing priorities and be able to develop a network of contacts to help support students.
This is a permanent, full-time (36.25 hours) position with hours of work normally 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday inclusive (with a one-hour lunch break). Job share arrangements would be considered.
