University of Nottingham Hiring for Student Recruitment Support Adminstrator Job at Nottingham, England Full Time

We are looking for a Student Recruitment Support Administrator to join the Student Recruitment Support Hub and support in providing a first-class central enquiry and support service throughout the recruitment and admissions cycle.

The role holder will perform a range of duties, including:

• Enquiry handling: the role holder will offer friendly, prompt and comprehensive responses to requests for information in various formats from prospective students, parents and teachers.
• Admissions support: the role holder will deliver timely and accurate services to support the University’s admissions processes.
• Recruitment events: the role holder will co-ordinate and support recruitment events that are University wide, as well as those located within the School or Department.

The Student Recruitment Support Hub is a large team which supports the recruitment of students to the University at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The Hub has responsibility for a range of different areas of work, including enquiry handling, admissions support processes and delivery of recruitment events. Within the Hub, work is divided across the University’s five faculties and the role holder will work predominantly within their faculty sub-team.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and proven experience in a customer focused environment. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of computing skill. The ability to prioritise their own workload and work in a team is essential.

This is a full time (36.25 hours), permanent post. Arrangements for job share would be included.
