University of Nottingham Hiring for HR Project Officer (Fixed term) at Nottingham Full Time

The University of Nottingham is looking to appoint a HR Project Officer to deliver and support on HR projects within the HR Specialist Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of HR projects and implement solutions that support the delivery of the HR strategy.

Working alongside our HR Specialist Services and HR Business Partner teams, you will support the identification and implementation of recommended solutions to HR challenges through effective project delivery. You will work closely with the HR Project Managers to deliver complex Specialist Services projects including embedding project outputs and communicating to stakeholders. As well as working independently to manage small, distinct projects and execute project deliverables.

A passion to find practical solutions through research, data and HR experience will be key to finding the right project outputs to aid the successful delivery of projects. You will be experienced in planning and managing multiple projects and need to have strong organisation skills. Developing effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels including Trade Unions and University Committees as well as engaging staff and managers will support you to effectively deliver a range of projects.

You will be degree educated or be CIPD qualified and able to demonstrate experience of delivering on multiple projects.

This is a full-time post (36.25 hours), fixed term opportunity until 31st March 2024. Arrangements for job share would be considered. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with blended approach of office and home working each week.
