An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Education and Student Experience manager to join our successful teaching and learning support team in the School of Life Sciences.
As Education and Student Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of teaching, learning and student experience administration and new initiatives in the School of Life Sciences as well as the organisation of the School’s recruitment, outreach and widening participation activities. You will:
You will need excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, as well as previous small group teaching experience within higher education. You will be able to work effectively and supportively as part of a team. You will be highly organised, innovative and able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and varied environment. As someone who is proactive and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you will drive forward enhancements and new initiatives to deliver excellent service for staff and students.
This is a permanent, full-time post (36.25 hours). Applications from candidates wishing to work a minimum of 0.8 FTE will be considered. Please state this in your application. Job share arrangements may be considered.
The University of Nottingham supports hybrid working with arrangements agreed locally.
