Position Summary

The MBA@UNC Interviewer will be an external member of the MBA Admissions team who will conduct interviews for the online MBA program. He/She will be responsible for evaluating online MBA@UNC applicants and providing detailed reports for each candidate based on their interview performance. The selected candidate will be assessing individuals based on strict guidelines and rules established rules by the MBA Admissions Committee.

The MBA@UNC Interviewer reports to the Assistant Director of Admissions. He/She will be working remotely, with a flexible schedule throughout the entire year, averaging 5-15 hours per workweek. The MBA@UNC Interviewer will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement in accordance with the University of North Carolina and Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
