About the Opportunity:

We are hiring for two full-time Internal Talent Administrators to join our newly created Casual Administration Team (CAT).

In this role you will advise Hiring Managers on casual recruitment best practice whilst also coordinating recruitment activities and monitoring our recruitment system. It is expected that the Administrator will exercise complete discretion and absolute confidentiality. You will join a supportive and collaborative team of professionals passionate about recruitment with years of diverse experience to learn from.

Your day to day will include:

• Providing high quality customer service by delivering accurate and consistent advice a
• Working collaboratively with the Team and providing administrative assistance across the recruitment life cycle
• Reviewing and monitoring casual offers ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Monitoring background checks and reference checks and creating regular reports

Who you are:

We are looking for a driven and attentive individual with previous administration experience. You will have had experience in building strong working relationships within a large complex environment with a commitment to delivering high-level service to stakeholders. You will be a dynamic self-starter with the ability to work quickly and accurately whilst inputting high volume of data.

We are also looking for:

• The ability to set priorities and manage workflow independently for a high-volume workload Demonstrated problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
• A can-do attitude, comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate, engage and manage the expectations of stakeholders
• Demonstrated skills in using office software including email, word processing and spreadsheets
