HR Consultant

• Employment Type: Full Time (35 hours per week)
• Duration: 12-month fixed term contract
• Remuneration: $100,331-$126,366 (plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
• Location: Kensington, NSW (Hybrid Flexible Working Model)

Why Your Role Matters:

Our HR Business Partnering Team provides strategic people advice and support to leading researchers, educators and professionals, helping to contribute to the great work we do at UNSW. In this role you will have the opportunity to utilise your operational expertise to provide high-level solutions to our people leaders. Working as part of a large and supportive team, you will also help to drive innovative HR initiatives and projects with the support of the HR Business Partner.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident HR professional. If you have experience engaging and building collaborative relationships, with sound judgement and focus on the bigger picture – then this role is the perfect opportunity! We are also looking for:

• A relevant degree with previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in managing employee relations matters and HR operations.
• Proven ability in multitasking and managing different priorities.
• A strong customer service focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A positive attitude, proactive and problem-solving mindset
