Admin Assistant – Talent and Recruitment

• Employment Type: Full time (35 hours per week)
• Duration: Fixed Ter, 6 months
• Remuneration: From $71,629-$75,560+ 17% Superannuation
• Location: Kensington, NSW (Hybrid Working)

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of the casual recruitment process for UNSW
• Coordinate and undertake data entry and processing of employment documents.
• Ensure background and references checks are initiated appropriately
• Develop and maintain filing systems, spreadsheets, databases and websites
• Provide general advice relating to administrative guidelines, processes and activities.

Who you are:

• Experience within HR, Talent or Administration
• Deadline orientated, able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft, HR Systems beneficial, in particular PageUp.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide effective customer service.
• Advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient level of computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
