The UNM-Valencia Campus is seeking candidates for temporary, part-time faculty to teach 1000 and 2000 level education courses. This will be a recruitment for Fall 2022 semester.
Located about 30 miles south of Albuquerque in rural Valencia county, the University of New Mexico-Valencia Campus is a two-year branch campus of the University of New Mexico which functions as a community college in the region and is designated a Hispanic Serving Institution. With an emphasis on teaching excellence, Valencia Campus offers academic transfer programs, technical vocational programs, Adult Basic Education, and Dual Credit High School/College courses to Valencia and Socorro.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
A master’s degree in Education
One year of teaching experience at the post-secondary level
Preferred Qualifications:
A doctoral degree in Education.
One year of teaching experience at a community college.
A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
