Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree and one year of program planning or related administrative experience or a combination of education and relevant administrative experience to total five years.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Adobe; Google Suite.
Organization, attention to detail, and independent project oversight.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in navigating software programs, data management; health training programs, teamwork; scheduling
20% contract management:
- Maintain, initiate, and communicate on contracts (affiliation agreements) for 300+ clinical sites across the U.S. and internationally (5 countries).
- Work with AHC legal and sites to update information.
- Track, review, and analyze contract reports in the Exxat software system for continued updates.
30% software management and updates:
- Manage all of our clinical education program with the Exxat software system.
- Provide regular input of data from clinical sites (personnel, address, name changes).
- Coordinate the regular Exxat updates and features and share with the clin-ed team/faculty, and students so that it is understood.
- Coordinate training for students (160+/year), and providing updates as well as tips for use.
- Provide annual reports pulled from Exxat, for accreditation.
- Recommend updates to the Clinical Education Handbook, master calendar, and training materials annually.
25% data management:
- Coordinate the compliance of student data (all health and training documents) that is stored and managed in Exxat.
- Coordinate any on-boarding requirements for each site that might be unique managed in the Exxat.
- Provide updates to the Exxat site for student access to information regarding onboarding and to ensure compliance.
25% direct communication with faculty, students, staff, and clinical community.
- Strengthen relationships with the clinical community with front-facing and engage in-person (post-covid) with the clinical community.
- Represent our program by sharing information about our strengths and unique components, and update all on any changes or Exxat updates.
- Coordinate important updates and features about our clinical training program at the U of MN which are highlighted as a recruitment feature for our PT program.
- Responsible for information that goes out to students via meetings and emails.
