About the role

As the Student and Academic Programs Manager you will lead a team in the management, planning and delivery of all curriculum development and student support programs related to the Faculty’s teaching activities.

You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to the Faculty to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of student and academic programs, working within relevant legislative and policy frameworks. You will also manage and deliver academic support services and administration to academic staff and other key stakeholders.

About you

You have a post graduate qualification and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships within your team and with key stakeholders. You are an experienced leader with the ability to multi-task and develop creative solutions to problems.

Based in the beautiful Southbank Campus of The University of Melbourne, you will work nestled amongst Melbourne’s major arts and cultural organisations and venues. You will have the convenience of great transport links to the rest of the city with the serenity of the Botanical Gardens close by.
