About The Role
As the Senior Admissions Manager ing to the Associate Director of Admissions, you’ll lead a dedicated team, overseeing both international and domestic Undergraduate and Postgraduate admissions.
Your primary focus will be providing expert guidance on policies, procedures, systems, and people management, ensuring the highest standards are met. Empowered to proactively analyse and prioritise tasks, you’ll devise compliant solutions aligning with the Future Students Admissions team’s strategic objectives. Collaborating across Academic Divisions, Chancellery, and other services, you’ll optimise admissions workflows, identify market opportunities, and review processes and technologies.
Your role involves conducting application analysis, staying updated on industry trends, and implementing innovative strategies for sustained student enrollment growth. Through data-driven insights and collaboration, you’ll maintain high standards and diversity, ensuring the agents’ network aligns with admissions and compliance.
