About The Role
The Projects Coordinator at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (FEIT) plays a pivotal role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement operational plans, support sustainability and diversity strategies, coordinate events, and provide administrative support for a wide variety of programs that seek to grow our engagement, reputation, and impact.

Furthermore, the position includes key responsibilities such as delivering the Faculty’s sustainability strategy in collaboration with the Associate Dean, Sustainability, and coordinating events and activities aligned with the strategic priority of supporting diversity and inclusion, working alongside the Associate Dean, Diversity and Inclusion.

To be successful in this role, you must be a dynamic professional with strong organisational and administrative skills. You should have experience in collaborative stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and event management. You will also possess excellent communication abilities to support the implementation of operational plans and contribute to the delivery of key initiatives within the faculty. Furthermore, you should be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at working within a team, showcasing adaptability in a multifaceted role that involves supporting various activities and programs.
