About The Role

The Industry Experience Officer will provide administrative and project support for multiple initiatives across the student cohort with a focus on both for-credit and not-for credit programs including work-integrated learning subjects, student competitions such as case competitions and start up pitch competitions. The role requires a professional administrator who will provide high level support to Industry Experience Coordinators in a busy and fast-paced working environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the delivery of Student Employability programs, both for-credit and not-for-credit
• Recognising areas for internal improvement and support plans for implementation
• Liaising and developing networks with staff involved in employability across the University

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient candidate with exceptional project management and administrative skills, capable of effectively prioritising workloads and managing multiple tasks and projects with precision. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, offering proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to swiftly address and escalate major issues as they arise.

You will also have:

• A degree qualification or the equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Competence using a range of online tools and digital platforms including Microsoft Office and Zoom
• High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students, professional and academic staff, and external stakeholders
