About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in planning and executing email marketing campaigns within our high-performing Advancement Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include building briefs for eDMs, analysing campaign performance, and utilising data insights to enhance content and future campaigns. With the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders, including the Data Driven Marketing team and Advancement team, this role offers the perfect blend of creativity, resourcefulness, and teamwork, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and achieving direct marketing objectives. You will also have the opportunity to upskill your knowledge in Salesforce and other leading technology systems in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the strategy and lead the implementation of highly effective email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Swift Digital for the Advancement portfolio
• Develop content and brief the build of complex and sophisticated emails utilising dynamic and personalised content
• Partner with colleagues in Advancement, Faculties and Data Driven Marketing to ensure successful delivery of best practice eDMs to our alumni and donor audiences
• Support the planning and delivery of the email marketing content strategy
• Assist with campaign research activities and project management delivery

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for people who demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement will enable you to excel in building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders.

You will also have:

• A relevant degree and/or relevant experience in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline
• Experience supporting the implementation and delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives
• Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing and email automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Swift Digital or similar
• A strong understanding of data and CRM including ing and testing practices
• Excellent track record in executing projects, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
