University of Liverpool Hiring for Student Conduct Administrator Grade 5 Job at Liverpool, England Full Time

This three-year fixed term post has been established to support the Investigating Officer responsible for managing cases of harassment and misconduct such as sexual misconduct, racial, homophobic or disablist harassment. The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Investigating Office for these cases. The post holder will be responsible for compiling case files for dissemination to the appropriate panel or committee. They will be the first point of contact for student, representatives, witnesses, panel and board members, members of the Guild and external agents. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification). The postholder will also be required to take electronic notes at panel and board meetings, to finalise the outcome letters and follow up actions as a matter of priority. Due to the nature of the casework, flexibility to work on site, as required, is essential.
