University of Liverpool Hiring for Personal Assistant To The Dean Job at Liverpool, England Full Time

The Management School are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to the Dean. Working within a small, busy, Management Services team you will provide a high standard of comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, taking responsibility for complex and confidential tasks on behalf of the Dean and Head of School Operations as required. With excellent administrative and minute taking skills, you will be a good communicator, be able to interpret and absorb quickly new information and procedures and be able to manage a diverse workload to strict deadlines.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a challenging environment, building effective working relationships both within the School and across the University.
This role is currently available on a hybrid working basis, involving both campus-based and home working based on the business needs.
This is subject to University policy changes.
