University of Liverpool Hiring for Library Assistant (0.8fte) Job at Liverpool, England Full Time

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will work as part of a team to provide high quality, customer focused services to library users at Help Desks, Reception and online. You will also provide administrative support as required, and contribute to the development of student-centred services as a member of the Customer Services Team.
This is a key role within a busy team providing first point of contact and support to users. You will primarily be based in the Sydney Jones Library initially, but will work across multiple University sites as required.
You should have 3 x GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
The post is available on a fixed term basis until 28 May 2023 initially.
The University has the right to close the vacancy early if it is deemed that there have been enough applications received.
