We are seeking an exceptional individual who is an experienced and highly organised administrator to work within the School Student Support Office in the School of Health Sciences, you will play an important role in providing pastoral support and guidance to students on a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
You should have experience of supporting students within a HEI, day-to-day work will be complex and involve cases that may require interpretation of procedural policy and guidelines, ordinances and regulations and applicants should possess the ability to present such information in a clear and concise way to a variety of audiences.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language. Full employee specification and main duties of the role found within job description. This vacancy is available as a secondment opportunity, however applicants should ensure they have the support of their current line manager before applying. The post is available for 2 years in the first instance.
