Director of Executive Education

Are you a pro-active and influential professional with significant senior level experience who can help to develop and implement the executive and professional education strategy for the Faculty of Business? Can you provide strategic vision, direction and leadership for the development of the Centre for Executive Education?

You will work with the Centre for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE) and Leeds University Business School academics to promote all continuing professional development programmes. Working with the Director of External Engagement you will develop, implement and monitor plans for the development of CEPE and support the development of projects to meet these objectives. You will oversee the development of collaborations with other University schools and departments such as Nexus to deliver activities.

This role is engaging with corporate, industry, and public sector partners to develop, facilitate, and engage lifelong learners. This type of external engagement is not only a pivotal part of the refreshed LUBS strategy, but is a cornerstone of the University’s ambition.

The person will be responsible for the strategic direction of CEPE, line managing the different areas related to open programmes, custom programmes, and credit-bearing programmes. The person will have to lead and develop further business in line with the anticipated and expected growth in professional education.
