Digital Education Service Support Officer

Would you like to play a central supporting role to a rapidly growing team? Do you have strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle priorities? Are you confident to work independently?

You will work as a member of the Digital Education Service supporting a range of activities related to the management of University level digital learning projects. You will provide administrative support for the Service and co-ordinate meetings and events in this central role. You will also support liaison with Faculty-based colleagues through co-ordination of activities and updates and provide support for the team for HR processes and liaison with facilities for the Digital Education Service office space.

Working with limited supervision, you will be able to balance priorities, deal with complex information and succeed through cooperation with others. You will work flexibly and where necessary support other activities as workloads fluctuate, sharing good practice and encouraging knowledge exchange between colleagues.

You will have administrative experience in a busy office environment as well as the experience, confidence and interpersonal skills to be able to work with a wide range of staff across all areas of the University.
