Huddersfield Business School is currently seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer with teaching and research expertise in economics. Ability to teach microeconomics at both undergraduate, postgraduate and Executive Education programmes would be desirable.

We provide a supportive learning environment across all levels, from certificate to doctorate qualifications as well as the HE apprenticeship, and for cohorts based overseas. You should be qualified to Doctoral level (or very close to completion) in economics. We are looking for a motivated individual who is also an engaging teacher, keen to conduct high quality research and who can contribute to our external engagement activities and ambitions.

The Department of Accounting, Finance and Economics is a part of Huddersfield Business School which celebrated excellent REF2021 results ranking 37th out of 108 in Business and Management for research power. The work of many in the team cuts across

disciplines and hence we welcome interest from candidates with interdisciplinary mind-sets to contribute to existing areas of research.
