Permanent, 37 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, experienced and self-motivated manager to join Huddersfield Business School, to support the delivery of teaching and learning and the provision of an excellent student experience across all levels of study.

We are seeking someone with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, who is passionate about higher education and understands the important role that academic administration plays in delivering an exceptional student experience, from enrolment through to graduation.

Through a proactive and collegiate approach, the post holder will contribute to the delivery of the education and student experience elements of the School’s strategy by:

• Successfully leading a strategically important team to deliver a responsive and coordinated service that exceeds expectations;
• Reviewing and developing processes to continually improve the service provided to both students and staff;
• Collecting and analysing data and preparing reports and recommendations to inform short- and long-term School priorities; and,
• Building productive and enduring relationships with internal colleagues and student representatives to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
