Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and qualified graduate students with
experience in management/leadership to join the Office of Research
at the College of Medicine at the University of Florida.

The role would work under minimal supervision to create and lead
teams, monitor performance of multiple projects, set deadlines,
ensure follow-through within project timelines, and solve issues
that arise.

The Office of Research Affairs in the College of Medicine proudly
supports an internationally recognized research enterprise, where
our shared goal is pursuing innovative science and improving the
lives of patients and their families. We work diligently to foster
a vibrant research environment, with units including Research
Intelligence & Analytics and initiatives to create and maintain
strategic resources to enhance investigators’ competitiveness

Expected Salary:

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

This is an OPS position (hourly pay). A minimum commitment is till
summer 2023.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enrolled in or completed a graduate degree program which
  provided experience in inter-personal management, project
  management, and/or leadership.
• Experience in project management tools, including Onenote,
  Evernote, Monday, and/or Notion is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills as projects require.
• Outstanding organizational skills
