Fixed-term, until 30th September 2025, 35 hours per week

The Opportunity:

The post-holder will be a member of a team providing an effective administrative service in support of all aspects of undergraduate teaching, learning and assessment, and must have excellent computing and interpersonal skills. Effectiveness in this role critically requires someone who can work well with others, is flexible and open to change and can meet all deadlines with a friendly, approachable manner.

Your skills and attributes for success:

• Full range of administrative and computing skills with proven competence in commonly used IT applications including word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), databases and email
• Ability to work accurately to deadlines
• Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise own work activities
• Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Good numeracy skills
• Effective organisation / presentation of information or documentation
• Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
