We are currently seeking to appoint 3 Recruitment Co-ordinators on a fixed term basis to help the HR department to support the University whilst it completes an exciting restructure, which is focused on continuing to deliver high-quality education and an excellent student experience, whilst aligning more closely with the University’s Citizen Student Strategy.

Key duties will include taking responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with Recruiting Managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate upcoming recruitment. Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting recruiting managers to do the same is also be essential.
You will provide support to recruiting managers that are new to the process with guidance and expertise around process, roles and responsibilities and the candidate experience, along with providing advice to recruiting managers on advertising options and ways to best attract the right candidates.

You will be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) as a minimum, and will possess excellent organisation and IT skills. Proactivity, adaptability and excellent communication skills are also crucial to be successful in this role.
