The People and Diversity team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their supportive and proactive team. The People & Diversity business areas is innovative and flexible with foundations in good practice supported by effective and efficient policy, process and technology.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of selection processes and providing a high-level service to our clients and candidates to ensure the Universities recruitment practices are being met.

This role would suit candidates that have a customer service focused approach, demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, are highly organised, have a strong attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a collaborative and collegial team.
