People and Diversity are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This position will suit a candidate with a strong people focus, who is outcome oriented and enjoys working in a supportive and collegial environment. You will be committed to creating a sense of belonging for our people, value inclusion and diversity and have a positive approach to your work.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing coordination, office management and secretariat support to the Chief People Officer. This includes calendar management, budget management, telephone and email management, meetings and travel, coordination and preparation of agendas and papers for meetings.
We encourage applications from candidates that have a desire to work in a people centric human resources team, have the ability to use judgement and discretion when dealing with highly confidential information, have strong people management skills and prior exposure to managing budgets.
